How to Pay your Rent
Set up an automatic payment
If your rent payments are not paid directly from your Work and Income benefit or superannuation, you will need to set up an automatic payment from your bank account. Your tenancy advisor can provide you with our bank account information and the reference you will need to use.
Paying your rent on time
We know that it can sometimes be difficult to make ends meet. If there’s a time that you cannot pay your rent, it’s important that you let your tenancy advisor know straight away. If you need it, they will help you to access support that’s available. The sooner you let us know, the sooner we can help you with the problem.
