Affordable Rent Limit (ARL) Application
Tenants can apply for the ARL subsidy if their rent is more than 35% of their income. Tenants also need to be receiving the maximum Accommodation Supplement from MSD which is deducted from their rent for this calculation.

EnergyMate is a free energy coaching service for households at risk of energy hardship that are struggling to pay their power bill or keep their home warm, delivered by the Electricity Retailers’ Association. This service is usually offered through budget advice services. Check out the website to if there is a service in your area.
